Purchase Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

The standard purchasing module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central does not include the processes of entering requests from the field, managing the approval processes of requests, requesting and evaluating quotes from suppliers for approved requests.

With the purchasing management application, users can request the services, items and fixed assets they need. Approved requests are grouped by the purchasing department and sent to the suppliers, and the quotes are collected and recorded in the purchasing management application.

With the quote evaluation forms, you can evaluate the quotes from the suppliers, then set limits and submit them for approval. You can securely manage the purchasing processes by creating purchase orders through approved quote evaluation forms.
