G/L Account Analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
The General Ledger Analysis application provides detailed reports by using the dimensions used in the journals recorded in the general ledger entries, as well as the resource type and resource no fields.
As it is known, the account plan created on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is defined with a sub-account plan in limited breakdown, and the detail information is managed through the cards in the dimension or finance module. For example, an account where customers are managed is followed in only two sub-accounts in the chart of accounts, while all customers are integrated into these two accounts. In some cases, when it is desired to take the trial balance, it may be desired to display the details of these two accounts on the basis of customer numbers in the same trial balance. The General Ledger Analysis application provides an infrastructure where it is possible to set which information to show in detail in the trial balance sheet at the time of pre-definition.
With the General Accounting Analysis application, you can define the details of each account in the chart of accounts and create trial balances containing detailed information instead of summary trial balances.
This app supports both the Essential and Premium editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
