The translation of the user interface pages and reports in Dynamics 365 BC into Turkish has been completed. This allows users to use the product in Turkish by simply changing the language in the interface. Enabling this feature does not require any additional installation in Business Central.
Standard reports in Dynamics 365 Business Central have been converted to the general reporting logic used in Türkiye. New reports have been added to the Chart of Accounts, Customer, Vendor, Bank, Employee, Inventory, and Production modules.
Improvements have been made to manage withholding and withholding tax deductions applied in Türkiye. Withholding Codes and Withholding Rates have been defined and made available for use on invoices. Accounting processes have been added.

The postdated check and promissory note feature, widely used in Türkiye, has been added to Dynamics 365 Business Central. This module allows recording and tracking of customer and vendor checks and promissory notes.
In Türkiye, if expenses are spread out over several years, they cannot be recorded as expenses directly. For example, when recording an insurance policy in accounting, the amount corresponding to the relevant month is recorded as an expense, while subsequent months are recorded in short-term or long-term accounts. Future Period Income and Expense Documents have been added to track such expenses.
Management of the processes of tracking received and given collateral, collateral types, maturity warnings and recording to 900 accounts is provided.
A multiple discount feature has been added to Sales and Purchasing Document lines within Business Central. This feature allows multiple discounts to be applied to a single line.
For businesses in Türkiye that buy and sell in foreign currency, price information may be provided in foreign currency, while invoices may be generated in Turkish Lira and recorded in Turkish Lira in current accounts. A Document Currency field has been added to Purchasing and Sales information to manage these situations.
It's not possible to create documents in installments in Business Central. The Payment Plan feature added to Purchasing and Sales Documents allows invoices to be recorded in current accounts according to the installment structure when created.
Payment Requests have been developed to group payment transactions to various locations, such as Customer, Vendor, Employee, and Bank, and to create payment schedules based on open invoice records. Bank instructions can be generated with this solution. With the Cloud Collection Multi-Money Transfer integration, instructions can be generated directly to banks.
By selecting the Chart of Accounts and Dimensions, you can define which dimensions can be selected for the relevant account. You can also configure a dimension to be mandatory based on another dimension. For example, when selecting Fuel Expense, you can make the License Plate dimension mandatory. This enhancement adds criteria for selecting a dimension based on another dimension.
