Project budget comparison is an analysis that places a project's previously archived budget estimate alongside the current (live) estimate and actual costs. In Navappro, project budgets are archived in any number of versions. Then, any archived version is compared with the current estimate in three different detail categories: cost type summary, manufacturing group, and location. This allows you to see where and by how much the budget has changed, and how much the actual cost has deviated from the original estimate, all on a single screen within Business Central.
